Job Title: Senior Bathroom Fitter
Location: Site-based, Head Office in Alwoodley, LS17
Salary: Circa £36,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications), overtime available on request
Job type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
* Bathroom and Wet Room Installation: Deliver installations of the highest quality, using the best tools and materials. Interpret scale drawings and advise customers where appropriate.
* Customer Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for customers, fully explaining processes and bringing their ideas to life.
* Material Management: Estimate and order materials timely to ensure project deadlines are met.
* High-Quality Workmanship: Maintain the company’s reputation for top-quality, accurate work in every aspect.
* Project Coordination: Liaise with sub-contractors and other trades to manage and organise the entire project schedule.
* Respect for Property: Ensure customers’ properties and possessions are fully protected and respected at all times.
* Job Reporting: Accurately complete job reports and maintain up-to-date stock records.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or higher
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in bathroom and wet room installation
* Skills: Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Bonus Skills: Experience in tiling (advantageous but not essential.
