Head of Content - Conferences
Up to £60k + bonus
London based hybrid role
We are currently on the hunt for a content director for a market-leading B2B event producer whose mission is dedicated to connecting decision makers across the industry with the aim to inspire and introduce latest and upcoming industry news as well as any future initiatives.
In this role, you will be able to lead the content strategy across their full event portfolio which includes a number of different brands. You will also manage a small team of junior staff members who will help you turn your content strategy and creative vision into reality.
Key responsibilities:
* Leading on the content strategy across the whole event portfolio of conferences
* Overseeing a team of conference producers in their day-to-day activities to ensure event content is produced to the highest of standards
* Engaging on the full production cycle including market research and speaker acquisition
* Working alongside the sales and marketing teams to make ensure your strategies aligns and the event content is commercially attractive and promoted appropriately to attract and engage the right audiences
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong experience in B2B conference production
* Team management experience
* Passion for research and production of high quality events
* Approachable manner and excellent communication skills
* Outstanding attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment
