Property Manager, London, to £70k, 30 days holiday and great package
Our client, a global media firm, are recruiting a Property Manager.
Based at their HQ in London and working within the wider FM team, you will take a lead on the management of sub-let/ tenanted space within the organisation’s properties across UK and Ireland.
There will be a number of lease renewal and termination projects in the coming months/ years - so experience of leasing, heads of terms, service charge and marketing is essential.
Specific ongoing responsibilities include;
?            Handle existing leases, breaks clauses, rent review and terminations in accordance with lease arrangements
?            Manage tenant relations to include rent and service charge collection and resolve issues that may arise
?            Conduct regular inspections to assess conditions and escalate any risks that requires attention
?            Preparation of annual reconciliation report and issue of credit/debit balances
?            Oversee the day to day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
?            Point of contact for all correspondence and approvals for Tenant fit outs, alterations, and negotiating consents prior to submission
?            Ensuring the property portfolio is maintained to high standard, adhering to approved budgets
?            Management of approval and LTA process
?            Principal point of contact with superior landlord for day to day Property and FM matters
We are seeking a motivated individual with proven track record in property management. Someone with the ability to prioritise tasks and be able to work independently, with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
A salary of c £70k is offered with full corporate benefits package, including 30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), private healthcare and good pension amongst others.
Our client is able to offer hybrid working, with up to 2 days p/week from home where appropriate.
