Job Description:
We are currently in the process of shortlisting candidates for a potential temporary Reception/Meeting Room Assistant position at our law firm client’s London office. This opportunity is on a temporary basis, with the role expected to commence in September and continue at least until the end of the year.
The primary duties for this position will involve assisting the meeting room attendant with the setup and preparation of lunches, ensuring that all arrangements are in place for client meetings and events. Additionally, the role will include providing some coverage at the reception desk, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the office’s smooth operation.
