Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of local company based in the Fife area. Due to business growth, this role will be instrumental in supporting the business team manager. This role will be suitable for a fast paced individual, who is looking for an advancement in their career within the Admin sector.
There is on-site training, support from management and existing staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the office manager
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Book accommodation / travel
- Manage diaries efficiently
- Ensure compliance records are up to date
- Upload certification to shared system

The successful candidate should have:
- Customer facing/admin experience
- Clear and confident telephone manner
- Great attention to detail
- Strong Word, Excel and Outlook experience
