Job Description:
Regional HR Business Partner
* Location: Surrey (Sutton)
* Salary: £48,000-£55,000pa
* Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Regional HR Partner to join my client’s team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering HR support and guidance across the sites ensuring alignment with the business objectives and nurturing a constructive workplace culture.
Day to Day of the role:
* Partner with the Director of People and Head of HR to deliver a professional HR service to organisation, staff, and stakeholders.
* Act as the professional HR expert on all HR matters, ensuring compliance with legislation and educational regulations.
* Support a group of sites within the outer London area.
* Focus on contracts & operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll/budgetary support, analysis reporting, and line managing HR Leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Chartered Member of CIPD or equivalent, or working towards it.
* Level 5 CIPD qualification preferred.
* Substantial experience in a Senior HR role or in a generalist HR role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law with the ability to apply concepts flexibly.
* Experience in leading L&D activity or a keen interest in this area.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to travel to various sites in the area as a key part of the role.
* A valid driving licence and use of a car.
Desirable:
* Experience with PAYE and Pensions administration.
* Knowledge of payroll and financial strategies.
* Team leadership experience.
* Proficiency in ITrent or other HRIS systems.
* Knowledge of budget control and management.
