Credit Controller
CantelloTayler Recruitment is recruiting for a Credit Controller to join an organisation based nr Egham. This is a full-time permanent role, fully office based, and the ideal candidate must be a driver due to location.
The Credit Controller duties will include:
Key duties:
* Chasing payment of overdue accounts via phone, email, and letter.
* Reconciliation of accounts
* Reconciling the Trust bank account
* Dealing with queries both internally and externally to ensure smooth & timely resolution.
* Allocating self-bill payments and using the managed service portals.
* Opening and setting up new accounts
* Maintaining / updating customer details to ensure ledger accuracy.
* Reviewing ledger with the finance director to highlight any problems and agree targets and action going forward.
* Issuing legal letters and liaising with our solicitors
* Filling out supplier forms
* Ability to make detailed notes.
The successful Credit Controller with have the following skills and experience:
* Previous Credit Control/Sales Ledger experience is ideal but not essential
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Excellent organisational and time keeping skills
* Strong attention to detail
* MS Office proficient
