Job Description:
CRM CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST - 9 MONTH FTC
UP TO £50,000
HYBRID - LONDON - 2 days a week in the office
THE COMPANY
This travel company is very well-known, and they are now looking for someone to come in for 9 months to support the CRM & Loyalty team in retaining customers from both a B2C and B2B perspective
THE ROLE
As a CRM Specialist, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Develop their comms roadmap for their loyalty and B2B audience
* Ensure that their messaging is personalised and targeted
* Work closely with the automation team to create strong lifecycle journeys
* Creating email templates using taxi4email
* Manage the deployment of campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Knowledge of SFMC and Taxi is strongly preferred
* Segmentation, testing, and analysis experience is required
* Experience in B2C and B2B communications is a plus
* Experience delivering insights and increasing ROI is going to be useful for your application
