Due to company growth, our client is seeking an additional team member to join their team and undertaking credit control. The successful candidate will be a key member of the custmoer success team, undertaking duties such as:
* Building strong relationships with customers to ensure tight financial control and debt management processess
* Calling existing customers to ask for outstanding payments
* Processing payments through online portals and allocating to customer accounts
* Undertaking checks to ensure customer billing details are current and correct
* Running and analysing reports through the company billing platform
* Supporting the finance team with monthly billing and invoices
* Liaising with the sales department updating them on outstanding invoices, renewals, etc
Ideally you will have a passion for numbers, credit control and customer service, and excellent telephone manner and ability to build strong customer relationships. The company are ideally looking for full-time, previous credit control experience would be highly beneficial. The role is in the southern outskirts of Southampton
