Job Description:
ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT 
  
This is a unique 5-week opportunity to join a high-profile luxury brands portfolio with a fast-growing presence globally and inspiring team of leaders as an Ecommerce Assistant.
  
ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT ROLE:
* Owning the contribution roadmap, including identifying tasks and timelines, updating the wider project team on progress, and identifying issues for escalation
* Collaborating with the Digital Team on uploading website and product content, and merchandising through the CMS across four sites, ensuring high standards are sustained and all content is fully optimised for Digital
* Ensuring the website is organically optimised and adheres to SEO best practices at all times
* Optimising onsite search tools to improve findability and customer-facing experiences
* Conducting end-to-end user testing to ensure content, categories, product information, and checkout processes are accurate, functional, and user-friendly across different browsers and devices
* Executing user acceptance testing (UAT) on all Ecommerce platform releases, following test cases to ensure results meet the requirements set by the business, and raising any issues with test cases in the relevant tracking software
* Serving as a key point of contact for communication between the Ecommerce and Site Experience and Development Teams
* Supporting the development of training materials to educate users on tools and processes, and providing training sessions as needed to empower the team to effectively contribute to the website
ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* eCommerce content management experience
* Highly analytical/strong attention to detail
