Job Description:
You will be leading lessons and covering for absent teachers across various subjects in a school near Andover with a good Ofsted rating. The school focuses on innovation and creating a balanced learning environment for students.
Training will be provided by the school and Engage Education, and you’ll be part of a close-knit, dynamic team. This role involves minimal planning and marking. It’s a great opportunity to work at an OFSTED ’Good’ school known for its supportive environment and commitment to challenging, evolving, and nurturing pupils.

About You * Experience working with students aged 11-16
* Flexibility to cover different subjects
* Confident in managing behavior
* Ability to build rapport with students
* Have a fun yet firm presence
* Interest in education
We welcome applications from candidates with any level of experience, although prior experience working with students with challenging behavior is advantageous. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers or experienced cover supervisors. It’s also suitable for candidates with experience as Youth Workers or Behavior Mentors.
