Job Description:
Automotive Parts Advisor needed in Maidstone, Kent
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Parts team of an established and successful vehicle dealership in Maidstone, Kent.
Job Role - Parts Advisor
Job Location - Maidstone, Kent
Salary - £31,000 plus bonus of £5,000
Hours - Mon - Fri is on a shift rota. Also Saturday morning on a rota paid as overtime time and a half
Responsibilities will include the below but will develop and increase as the successful candidate progresses:
* Dealing with customers coming into the front counter
* Dealing with customer phone orders
* Serving the workshop staff
* Providing quotes to customers and workshop staff
* Checking in parts deliveries
* Managing parts stock
* To promote parts sales
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* A good team ethic
* Flexibility
* Previous experience within a Parts Advisor role
* Good organisational skills
