Job Description:
Teqniq is searching for a Disrepair Surveyorto work in the public sector.
35 hours per week.
3 months contract.
09:00-17:00
Job Description:
Hybrid working arrangements (field based, Office based and working from home).
HNC/D or degree in building construction is a requirement.
Knowledge of the Disrepair Protocol EPA cases, insurance works and any related building law is a must.
They must be able to do Report Writing, Scott schedules, specification of works and the use of Schedule Of Rates.
