We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Payable professional to join our Accounting & Finance team in Manchester.
This role is for 3-6 months initially.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in the processing and recording of the company’s payments.

Description
* Processing invoices and managing payments in a timely manner
* Reconciling supplier statements and handling queries
* Performing monthly bank reconciliations
* Assisting with month-end closing
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor files
* Assisting with other Accounting & Finance tasks as needed
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
* Previous experience working within an accounts payable function
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Excel
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
