Job Description:
Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer | Permanent | Up to £40,000
are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to conduct Mechanical Maintenance, servicing and repairs to customer machinery UK wide.
Responsibilities:
* Diagnosing faults with machinery
* Servicing and emergency repairs
* Carry out asset care plans and PM schedulesacross a range of automated filling and packaging equipment, robotics, site services and liquids processing equipment.
* Plant, machinery, and services breakdowns, identifying root cause, and implementing the required mechanical asset care.
* Assist with contractor servicing of plant, machinery, and services.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
* Follow maintenance schedules and carry out routine servicingof machinery
* Process Improvement, Quality, reporting and Safety.
Ideal Candidate:
* Mechanical knowledge and experience
* Experience working on a range of mechanical breakdowns repair of plant, machinery, and services.
* Experience of implementing PM schedules
* Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic systems.
