Office Manager * Job Type: Full-time
* Location: Weymouth
* Salary: up to £29,000
I am looking for an Office Manager to join a busy team in Weymouth. This role is perfect for a highly organised individual with a strong background in administrative support and facilities management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our Directors and Senior Management Team, as well as overseeing HR support functions and facilities management within our dynamic organisation.
Day to Day of the Role: * Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, including the preparation of key meetings and annual calendar management.
* Manage personal and business calendars, book transport and accommodation as needed.
* Organise company events, sales meetings, and conferences.
* Undertake project work and act as meeting administrator, including taking minutes.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Proven experience in an administrative role supporting senior management.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
