As the Spanish speaking Account Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a team of Account Executives to handle a range of customer enquiries within a customer service environment
* Help execute and deliver a world class service whilst acting as a senior point of escalation
* Train and coach, a team to a high standard of competence and performance levels
* Maintain regular 121’s with all team members and ensure development plans are put in place
* customers
* Support the customer needs in line with departmental KPIs
* Be available to deal with all queries & complaints

The successful Spanish speaking Account Team Leader will have the following related skills / experience:
* It is essential that you have previously worked within a Team Leading role either within a customer service or account management field
* Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written is essential
* Experience of working in a busy and demanding environment.
* Commerically aware
* Ability to mentor and coach your team to a high standard
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to an audience
* Good working knowledge of MS Office
* Previous experience of Oracle would be advantageous but not essential
