Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity for a Fleet & Facilities Administrator to join a growing organisation in Milton Keynes. A detailed and varied role including Compliance and Health & Safety, reporting into the HR Manager.

You will be required to work under their own initiative and work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all documentation and paperwork is administrated, stored, and completed in line with requirements. Support and guidance will be overseen by the HR Manager.

Daily Responsibilities:
Facilities Management
* Keep facilities folder up to date with all relative documentation.
* Ensure onsite refreshments remain fully stocked and replenished.
* Oversee maintenance of appliances onsite (coffee machine, franking machine etc)
* Manage Royal Mail/Postal collections.
* Verify all contractors/visitors to site
* Management of all Stationary, PPE and Uniform orders
Health & Safety & Compliance
* Collaborating with managers and colleagues to gather information and evidence to support audits.
* Collaborate to regularly review and update current procedures, protocols and policies accordingly ensuring that internal and external requirements are met.
* Manage all electronic and paper systems in relation to H&S to ensure efficiency, transparency, and comprehensive data management.
Fleet Administration
* Manage and maintain multiple spreadsheets relating to fleet vehicles.
* Liaise with colleagues within the business to ensure up to date records are kept of the vehicles.
* Processing of Parking Charge Notices (PCN) and Toll Charges for all Company vehicles.
* Administration of the Companies fleet management and vehicle tracking platform.
* Administering new starter driver checks and vehicle related tasks.
To be successful in this role:
* The role would suit an individual who is well organised, detailed oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, works comfortably under pressure, and can deliver to tight deadlines.
* A H&S qualification is beneficial
* Excellent administrative skills
* Can communicate with internal stakeholders
This is an office based role during probation (6 months) then will move to a hybrid role.
