Human Resources Business Partner required for a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity with a leading schools group starting at the beginning of September.
This is a hybrid role, working from the group’s London Head Office, the schools and from home as best suits your role, approx. 3-4 days on site during term time with more flexibility during the holidays.
You will act as the strategic advisor to the Regional Director, Principals and Senior Leadership Teams of a cluster of schools within the London region, being the main link between the Head Office team and the school sites.
Key elements of the role are leading your region on strategic decisions, project work and complex employee relations casework.
We need someone with excellent stakeholder management, who can work at pace, and is already operating at business partner or senior advisor level. Experience within education and/or a unionised environment highly desirable.
The client is ready to make a quick decision on this role! This will be one stage process in person, first week of August.
