Job Description:
Temporary Team Assistant (Full Time / Hybrid Role) Are you immediately available and open to temporary opportunities?

My client is seeking a Temporary Team Assistant to support the Events Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process weekly work requests through Teams and utilise various channels and lists within Teams.
* Take minutes and create action items for the weekly Portfolio meeting. Follow up on issues raised and help maintain the Portfolio Teams channel.
* Assist the group Project Manager and Traffic Manager with workflows across the group and wider organization.
* Ensure the group planning calendar is up to date by regularly liaising with colleagues.
* Work closely with the Public Engagement Team Executive to support the Group with various administrative tasks.
* Set up meetings and share agendas in advance.
* Take minutes during meetings and boards and follow up on actions.
* Cover for the Public Engagement Team Executive during leave periods and provide handovers to ensure continuity.
* Support with events administration.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in office administration roles.
* High standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Teams, with good knowledge of other Microsoft 365 packages.
* Ability to take notes and minutes and arrange agendas for internal meetings.
