Temp-to-Perm Opportunities in Solihull
Hourly Rate: £12.26 with potential for overtime bonuses

Are you a skilled warehouse picker/packer who has worked in a high-volume distribution centre, consistently meeting and exceeding pick and pack rate targets? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, clean environment, collaborating with like-minded colleagues who excel in a results-oriented setting? If so, we have exciting opportunities for dependable, energetic Order Pickers to join a dynamic team!
Experienced Warehouse Operatives/Order Pickers is needed for a temp-to-perm position with one of our clients in Solihull. This role primarily involves days and PM shifts, so candidates should ensure they can commute home from this location without issues.
Key Responsibilities: * Picking and packing goods
* Unloading containers (lifting to 15kg required)
* Collaborating with a dedicated team to meet daily KPIs
* Conducting quality inspections of goods before dispatch
Available Shifts: * Days: 08:00-17:00
* PM: 11:00-20:00
Pay Rate: * £12.26 per hour, with additional opportunities for overtime bonuses.
The site is conveniently accessible by both car and bus. Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in a warehouse operative, quality assurance, or picking and packing role.
