Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Deputy Service Manager to join an organisation, to support vulnerable clients with multiple and complex needs including substance misuse and mental health.
Responsibilities of the Deputy Service Manager:
* Support the Service Manager in the delivery of a high-quality support service
* Supervise and manage staff
* Provide service users with relevant advice, support and training
* Assist in the management of the referral process to achieve agreed occupancy levels
Essential Experience of the Deputy Service Manager:
* Full UK Driving License
* Enhanced DBS
