Tripod wish to speak to Senior Practitioners with Neighbourhood / Community experience.
£40-44p/h
Full time workers preferred but the possibility of part time/condensed hours can be discussed at Interview with the right candidates.
Working arrangements can be discussed on a case by case basis with each worker who is progressed to interview as the requirements may be slightly different depending on team/region. HOWEVER THERE WILL BE ONSITE REQUIREMENTS OF PREFERABLY 2 DAYS PER WEEK
Requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Experience in statutory social work functions, including safeguarding and support.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
* Commitment to promoting social change, safeguarding vulnerable individuals, and maximising independence.
