As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting both teachers and students to create a conducive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: * Support Classroom Activities: Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Individual Student Support: Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require additional help with their studies.
* Behaviour Management: Help manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
* Resource Preparation: Prepare learning materials and resources to facilitate effective teaching.
* Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining student records and tracking progress.
* Extra-Curricular Involvement: Support and participate in extra-curricular activities to enhance students’ school experience.
Requirements: * Experience: Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting is essential.
* Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals.
