Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience
Location: Tewkesbury
Job Type: Full-time 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
The Company
They are a technical value-added trade-only distributor of AV products and services. They partner with resellers and AV integrators to provide top-quality products and solutions that meet their needs. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internal Sales individual to join their team and drive sales growth within a set of named reseller accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
The Creative Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. This individual will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and written content across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and enhancing our company’s online and offline presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, cheat sheets, and competitive comparisons.
* Manage and oversee the creation of other marketing content, including digital content, print collateral, and promotional items.
* Work with our suppliers to understand their technologies and sales focus, integrating this information into effective marketing materials.
* Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement with followers.
* Assist with the planning and execution of events, product launches, and promotional activities.
* Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies to keep the company’s marketing efforts innovative and effective.
* Live and breathe the Solstice Distribution Ltd culture, ensuring all marketing efforts align with the company’s vision and values.
Qualifications:
* Qualification in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
* Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
