Elevation recruitment group are delighted to be working with a leading chemicals manufacturing business based in Sheffield, who are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven background in project management, to implement key projects to drive the sites performance. 

As the Project Engineer you will be:
* Responsible for leading and delivery on key capital projects from cradle to grave
* Identify areas for continuous improvement across the site, aiming to increase production volumes whilst maintaining site safety standards inline with COMAH
* Manage project contractors, review RAMS and issue PTW’s
* Regularly update both internal and external stakeholders 
To be considered for the Project Engineer role you will need:
* HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
* Previous experience in hazardous manufacturing environment
* NEBOSH and/or IOSH is highly desirable however not essential
* 2 years Project management experience, specifically in CAPEX
* Prince2 or equivalent is highly desirable
* Experience in RAMS and PTW
