About the Role:
This role is for a proactive Practice Manager who will work with and support the Hub Practice Director at executing the Group’s objectives, relieving them from their day-to-day operational responsibilities and allowing them to focus on the strategic and longer-term goals of the Hub. The successful candidate will be supporting operational excellence in various offices and legal entities across the hub and will have an effective and meaningful impact on the Area’s efficiency, productivity, and performance. This position may require traveling among the different offices.
Key Responsibilities:
* This role is to facilitate the integration of firms and standardise how practices are run by implementing selected software and procedures to aid efficiency and growth.
* Develop and build relationship with the different business leaders.
* Help with the day-to-day management of the different offices.
* Review and ensure clients data are kept accurately and in an orderly manner.
* Gather data on firms’ processes and suggest possible improvements.
* Facilitate changes directed by the Group.
* Identify and address issues with business leaders & Hub Practice Director before they become impactful on the business performance.
* Dealing with firm’s insurance renewal
* Monitoring and updating firm’s H & S policies and requirements - electrical & other certification.
* Check timesheet and ensure Timesheet is completed daily.
* Oversee Area Business Support Manager
* Identify areas for improvement and present to Hub Practice Director
* Dealing with security for Ro, Entry passes, Alarm etc.
* Maintaining BX data - run PMX tool.

* A dedication to continuous improvement and development
Additional Requirements:
* Have an Accountancy background
* Experience working with Senior stakeholders in a professional service environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proactive with project management and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work autonomously, exercise discretion, and work independently, as well as part of the wider team at Xeinadin
* Must be able to meet administrative deadlines
