We are looking for an Import/Export Coordinator for our client based in Bradford. This role involves managing the full journey for the transportation of goods between the UK and Europe via Road.

This role requires someone with previous experience in import or export, ideally for a freight forwarder or logistics business.

Main duties to include;
* Manage a shipments for a wide range of customers, building relationships and ensuring repeat business
* Booking shipments between Europe and the UK
* Build relationships with carriers and obtain the best prices
* Ensure all shipments have the correct documentation
* Keep customers informed of any changes to delivery dates or issues
* Monitor shipments to ensure safe arrival
* Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business
We are looking for:
* Experience in import or export
* European road experience is preferred, however other modes would be considered
* A problem solver, someone who keeps calm under pressure and finds solutions
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong relationship building and customer service skills
