Our client, a Lloyd’s Syndicate, seek an Energy Claims Adjuster. Their portfolio includes Renewables, Upstream Energy, Downstream and Power and Energy Liabilities to encompasses a wide range of products and risks.

You will proactively adjust claims from their initial notification through settlement. You will be encouraged to build strong relationships with underwriters and brokers in the line of business.

Applicants should have prior Energy claims handling experience. Excellent training and long term scope for progression is on offer. This will be a hybrid role.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop a thorough understanding of the claims within the Renewables, Upstream Energy, Downstream and Power and Energy Liabilities portfolios.
Proactively adjust claims within their claims authority and in accordance with the company claims manual; ensuring and delivering the very highest service to all customers by effectively driving claims through to resolution.
Instruct and proactively work with panel lawyers, adjusters, and experts to ensure the best outcomes whilst controlling costs and reducing claims leakage.
