This is an immediate start role which will commence in a temporary capacity, with the potential to turn permanent if all goes well! WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Office Services/Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that the office is running as smoothly as possible, which will involve (but isn’t limited to):
* Internal client services; providing a warm, welcoming, helpful environment whilst maintaining a positive and professional disposition;
* Ensuring the office is safe at all times; logging any facilities/maintenance issues and requests;
* Reception duties including managing the switchboard, setting up meeting room,  responding to emails, and coordinating updates of stationery and stock;
* Organising access passes for the office;
* Coordinating incoming and outgoing post, parcels, deliveries and couriers;
* Ad hoc admin including booking travel and flights, printing and scanning, supporting with catering, running errands for the office;
* Logging facilities or maintenance requests/issues.
WHO YOU ARE

Ideally, you will have at least 1-2 years’ experience as an Office Assistant, Facilities Assistant, or Office Coordinator, or have completed a business/office apprenticeship. If you have worked in a corporate, professional environment (eg financial services, legal, professional services), that would be highly regarded. You will be proactive, warm, naturally efficient, and able to complete duties in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident with MS Office Suite and be very switched-on in nature.
