SENIOR CRM EXECUTIVE
BIRMINGHAM
£30,000-£35,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS

They are highly data-focused, striving to utilize their substantial data resources effectively. Their objective is to gain an in-depth understanding of each customer through personalized marketing strategies, necessitating the addition of this CRM role.
THE ROLE
In the position of Senior CRM Executive, you will report to the CRM Manager and be part of a 7-member team, within a larger CRM/Automation team of 15. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Designing and implementing acquisition, retention, and re-engagement campaigns from start to finish.
* Delivering campaigns through multiple channels, including SMS and email.
* Extracting insights from the CRM database to guide and shape CRM campaigns, and collaborating on strategy with senior leadership.
* Working closely with different teams across the organization to meet customer needs.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To succeed as a Senior CRM Executive, you should have:
* Experience in B2C environments, particularly with loyalty programs or rewards/benefit cards.
* Proficiency with any CRM system.
* Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
* A solid understanding and passion for marketing and CRM.
* A driven, challenge-oriented mindset.
