Compliance Assistant | Lloyd’s Broker | London/Hybrid | £30 - 40,000 (doe)
Finitas are working with a growing broker in their search for a newly created Compliance Assistant to join their team. Reporting into the Compliance Officer, you will have an array of responsibilities including:
* Maintaining the master complaints log on a monthly basis.
* Assisting with completing due diligence requests from Insurers and Intermediaries.
* Embedding Compliance training modules into the Company’s online training platform.
* Attending Compliance Team Meetings and Product Governance Committee meetings.
* Assisting with Data Subject Access requests as and when they arise.
* Maintenance of broker management system (UK and overseas).
Experience required:
* Minimum 6 months compliance or audit experience.
* Good working knowledge of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements.
* Must have experience of working in an insurance or insurance broking environment.
* Organised, able to prioritise workload, self motivated and can also work well in a team.
* Excellent communications skills - both written & verbal.
* Proficient in the use of MS tools - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Please note that you will be required to work in their London office 3 days a week.
