Zachary Daniels are currently supporting a very exciting sports retailer in launching a BRAND NEW STORE in the heart of LONDON!
We are recruiting a highly skilled and motivated individual for the position of Store Manager. As the Store Manager, you supporting in setting up the new store and building a new team. You will play a pivotal role in creating an extraordinary shopping experience for customers, while also motivating and empowering our team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities of a Store Manager:
* As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our store.
* Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of dedicated individuals to achieve outstanding performance and exceed retail sales targets.
* Your primary focus will be on creating an exceptional environment that not only delights our customers but also fosters a strong sense of community within the local area.
* Collaborating closely with your team, you will actively contribute to the growth of the store by implementing effective sales strategies and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
* Managing sales and finance, including P&L reporting
* Working with the Assistant Manager to Recruit and onboard a strong new team for the store.
Experience and background:
* Minimum of 3 years retail experience in either store management or senior management
* Working within a fashion or sports environment, and have a passion for outdoor sports
* Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
* Has a track record of driving sales and performance
* Competent working with Microsoft Office
* Good experience with managing change within a business
