THE ROLE
Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for an Event Manager to deliver high-quality events globally. You will play a leading role within the team to ensure events run seamlessly.
A broad role, responsibilities will include:
* Developing and maintaining an event project plan for each project
* Prepare and publish/produce event documentation
* Sourcing, negotiating with and managing suppliers
* Responsible for tracking and managing all deadlines around sponsor event deliverables
* Handling all communication with sponsors
* Overseeing all contract deliverables for sponsorship packages
* Identifying additional sponsorship opportunities in the venue
* Working with the Event Coordinator to deliver events to deadline
* Keeping event partners informed and involved where appropriate
* Understanding and adhering to Health and Safety requirements and risk assessment guidelines
* Onsite event management
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have similar experience gained from managing live, international, corporate B2B events - preferably commercial conferences. You will have experience managing event budgets and the commercial elements behind this, as well as being confident in liaising with sponsors and building relationships with them as necessary.
