To be considered for this opportunity you must be qualified (ACA,ACCA,CIMA or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 post qualified years working in a similar industry.  

The company have gone through significant change over the past 2-3 years, and require candidates who have strong experience working in a dynamic environment, able to adapt to change and someone with strong commercial business partnering experience. 

Your responsibilities for this role will include: 
* Manage and deliver the annual budget, quarterly reforecast, and 3-year plan by overseeing the process, gathering and compiling channel-level data, creating reporting models and packs, and providing the three financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow).
* Enhance value creation in global business decisions by collaborating with senior stakeholders and private equity investors.
* Develop financial models and analyses to evaluate scenario impacts and perform sensitivity analyses for potential initiatives and projects.
* Oversee finance approval for new products and customers, ensuring the group margin is preserved.
* Assist Directors with Business Planning, pricing strategies, and other negotiations.
* Build and lead a high-performing Commercial Finance and FP&A team, delivering critical financial insights to support decision-making
