Job Description:
We are currently working with a well-established client who are looking for Help Desk Operators to join their team in North Shields!
The role entails effectively managing telephone calls on the Help desk in alignment with FCA requirements and internal processes, while also engaging in cross-selling to customers when needs arise. This involves handling both inbound and outbound calls from clients and prospective clients, ensuring a high level of customer service to drive success.
Additionally, responsibilities include responding to client emails, addressing technical queries, arranging new policies, and managing mid-term adjustments as required. Throughout these tasks, a commitment to treating customers fairly and embodying the appropriate business culture and approach to TCF is essential.
The salary for this role is £23,000, working between 9am-7pm Monday -Friday and 9am-1pmevery other Saturday.(37 hour per week)
