* Leading the financial planning and budgeting processes within the business unit.
* Providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision making.
* Collaborating with senior leadership to align financial management with short and long-term financial planning and projections.
* Identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities.
* Facilitating the communication of financial information across the business.
* Preparing financial models
* Participating in corporate strategy development and implementation from a financial perspective.
* Preparing scenario based models and analysis
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
* A recognised professional accounting qualification.
* Worked in a Finance Business Partner role previously
* Business partnered with key stakeholders within a business previously
* Strong financial and business acumen.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* An ability to influence and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
* High level of integrity and a commitment to upholding company values.
