?We are currently partnering with a leading educational body based in West London, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Our client is recognised as a UK performing arts school, offering training in acting, musical theatre, and technical theatre skills.
This is a full-time position with a salary band of £38,000 - £40,000 per annum and the start date is in mid to late August.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Conducting job evaluations
* Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies
* Leading on the onboarding process for successful applicants
* Providing advice and playing a major role in change processes
* Leading on and managing the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
* Consulting on issues related to employee relations and performance management
* Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures, employment legislation
* Payroll management and administration supported by the Finance team
* Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data
Experience required:
* Experience required in the Education sector
* Experience supporting senior stakeholders
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* Sensitive handling of ER cases
* Comprehensive understanding of on and offboarding
