As part of their growth, they have a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Controller to join the business, the role will report directly into the Managing Director. This is a standalone position within the Finance Department, and you will be a part of the senior team. Overseeing the Finance Department, reporting directly into the Director
What’s on offer?

What will you do as a Financial Controller?
* Monthly Balance sheet reconciliations / Month end journals and reporting
* Cash flow, forecasting and budgeting reports.
* Preparation of year end accounts.
* Process monthly payroll / Pension payments.
* HMRC submissions of VAT, PAYE, P11d and Corporation Tax.
* Preparation of the financial forecasts and contracts.
* Monthly management reporting of budgeting and forecasting.
* Reviewing expenditures including payroll and petty cash expenses.
What do you need as a Financial Controller?
* Proven experience in a similar position
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
* Strong leadership and people management experience
* Sage System experience & Microsoft Excel
