Delivery Manager | Salesforce | Consultancy | Fully remote | £70,000-£80,000
Method Resourcing have partnered with a rapidly growing salesforce consultancy who mainly work with financial services business for all salesforce related services and technology. They are going from strength-to-strength as they look to bring in a Delivery Manager to join them at an exciting time of growth.
Key role responsibilities will involve:
* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and
are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
* Collaborate with the Management and Sales to strategically match consultants with projects, taking
into account their needs, client requirements, team dynamics, and commercial viability.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information, facilitating efficient project staffing and
planning.
* Lead, coach and drive Salesforce Professional Services Delivery team.
* Ensure all team members’ time recordings are accurate and up to date.
* Oversee Project Managers and review their project roadmaps.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
* At least 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 2/3 years in a leadership role managing
Salesforce projects.
* Strong understanding of the Consultancy world.
* A PM and/or Methodology Certification (agile, scrum)
* Salesforce certifications is a plus.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
Working pattern: Fully remote with the possibility of travel every quarter for training and team events.
