Job Description:
Senior Administrator
* Job Type: FTC - Hybrid
* Location: Hemel Hempstead
* Salary: Competitive
Day to Day of the role:
* Support the C&B Director with the company’s stock plans for all employees globally
* Act as the main coordinator between HR, Finance, Payroll, and the equity global vendor of the group.
* Manage and administer all ongoing transactions
* Regularly report to the equity vendor on newcomers and terminations, ensuring all terminations are handled according to policy.
* Provide superior service, prioritising and satisfying multiple requests from employees, management, and others to support employee understanding of stock plan services, enrolment, and transactions.
* Monitor the service level given to our equity participants and act as the company’s highest escalation point for participant inquiries as needed.
* Prepare equity reports and assist in the review and reconciliation of equity information.
* Perform other duties and ad hoc requests as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3+ years of relevant experience in the administration of global equity
* Eagerness to develop the skill set required to administer equity plans and work directly with major third-party equity software systems and brokerage firms.
* Ability to function in a confidential environment with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with high-level executives and employees.
* Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical abilities, and consistent follow-through, including project management skills.
* Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, tax, payroll, accounting, and financial reporting.
* Self-motivated, flexible, and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
* Team-oriented, dependable, and flexible with a high work ethic; able to maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
