Job Description:
SENIOR INSIGHT MANAGER
UP TO £60,000
LONDON (HYBRID)
THE COMPANY
Harnham is working with a global airline that are looking for a Senior Insight Manager, to manage a range of mixed methods CX insight projects end to end.
THE ROLE
You will:
* Design and manage mixed method research projects across all elements of customer experience
* Draw upon a range of data sets including operational, behavioural and social media to produce rigorous analyses
* Identify and distil key findings in the data into strategic recommendations
* Manage internal stakeholders, building relationships with other departments and sister airlines
* Manage external research agencies
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need to have:
* Good experience in CX research including NPS
* Proven experience in research project management.
* Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills and experience
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work well in a team and independently.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
