Job Description:

As a key player in their dynamic team, in the capacity of Relationship & New Business Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving new business opportunities and nurturing valuable client relationships. If you are passionate about fostering partnerships and seeking growth, this role is your gateway to making a significant impact in a business that is experiencing huge success.
Duties as Relationship & New Business Manager:
* Lead strategic initiatives to cultivate new business prospects and partnerships.
* Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions and drive business growth.
* Identify market trends and create business plan with clear objective of expected results.
* Seek networking opportunities whilst also attending industry related events which will include showcasing the company’s services.
* Lead tender process on new business.
* Collaborate with Commercial Director on customer pricing structure.
* Produce and deliver the annual procurement plan for the department.
Preferred Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in business development or relationship management.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Ideally to have worked in a service led environment.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
* Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
