Job Description:
A prestigious international law firm seeks an HR Administrator on a permanent basis to join the wider HR Team to deliver effective HR operational support.
* Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
* Salary to £30,000
* Highly autonomous role
This HR Administrator role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently at either Administrator level, or who has a real interest in Human Resources.
HR Administrator Key Responsibilities:
* Keeping PeopleHub (SuccessFactors HRIS) up to date with employee lifecycle changes and assisting with annual updates.
* On-boarding for new starters including carrying out all relevant checks.
* Being the first point of contact for all HR related queries and providing an excellent service to the business.
* Monitoring when probationary periods are due to end, recording all sickness absence across the Firm.
* Responding to all references requests of former or current employees.
* Ensuring invoices are correctly coded and sent to Finance within the required timescales.
* Dealing with long service awards, Partner anniversaries and staff gifts such as flowers or baby gifts.
* Support our HR Advisors and Business Partners with documentation and process where necessary.
* Support the HR Systems Manager and HR Systems Analyst with ad-hoc data projects.
HR Administrator Key Skills and Experience:
* 6 months+ HR experience within a law firm (or professional services)
* Degree educated is advantageous
* Excellent administrative and Microsoft Office skills
* Great reporting/data skills
