EMEA Sales Leadership Role - Penetration Testing and Cyber Saas Products Location: UK Remote, with occasional visits to NW office
Compensation: Up to £140,000 base salary plus £100,000 OTE, with a robust benefits package

Role Summary: We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Leader to head our team of Account Executives / Business Development Managers. This key role involves driving sales targets, fostering team development, and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities: * Team Leadership: Guide and manage a team of Account Executives to surpass sales targets.
* Growing and leading: A new region for an international business
* Talent Development: Oversee hiring, coaching, training, and team development.
* Pipeline Management: Conduct regular pipeline reviews, strategy sessions, and training.
* Forecasting: Run weekly forecast calls and report to the sales / revenue leadership in the business.
* Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to achieve team sales goals.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Growth Planning: Formulate strategic plans to support future growth targets.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure alignment of processes and technology with sales goals.
* Market Insight: Identify emerging markets and stay updated on the competitive landscape.
Requirements: * Experience: Approximately 10 years in B2B sales, with at least 4-5 years in cybersecurity.
* Leadership: Proven track record in building and scaling an emerging sales region for an international company, with at least 5 years of sales team leadership.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
* Skills: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com, executive-facing presentation skills, and preferably experienced with a Sales Enablement product.
* Coaching Ability: Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with proven ability to grow and lead a high-performing team.
* Methodology: Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
* Travel: Willing to travel up to 50% for client meetings and high-value deal closures.
