We are seeking a passionate Compliance Manager who is focused on building a culture of compliance within a regulated environment. As the Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our clients commitment to compliance and work with various parties to achieve the desired results with support of a team who are experts in what they do. 
 
As Compliance Manager you will: 
* Lead and shape the compliance strategy to ensure adherence to regulations and sector standards. 
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain compliance procedures.
* Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training and awareness programmes.
* Have overall responsibility of the departments data management service. 
* Submit required data to all required stakeholders. 
* Act as main point of contact for all regulatory bodies which will involve also attending industry related meetings.
* Line management of Team Leader. 
Preferred Requirements:
* Proven experience in compliance management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to adapt to changing regulatory landscapes and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
* Demonstrated ability to lead investigations and resolve compliance issues effectively and efficiently.
