Job Title: Head of Finance
Location: Leicestershire
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
* Oversee the Group’s consolidated balance sheet and P&L
* Deliver timely and accurate financial information to internal and external stakeholders
* Provide commercial insight to the management team
* Lead the central accounting function and manage audit processes
* Take ownership of tax and technical accounting matters
* Drive improvements in financial planning and reporting
* Collaboratively work with other heads of Finance to support the department and the wider business
* Deputise for the Finance Director when necessary
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Qualified accountant with at least 5 years PQE
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Commercial awareness and business acumen
* Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Experience in a senior finance role within a similar industry
* Previous experience in M&A and integration projects
Technologies:
* Proficient in financial management systems and reporting tools
