Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of the warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Demonstrating an efficient and effective approach to all working practises.
* Leading by example and offering training and support where necessary.
* Ensuring all products are packed and ready for collection.
* Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and couriers.
* Assisting Logistics and Sales Support teams with customer returns and other logistical challenges.
* Creating a safe and tidy working environment and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Optimising stock holding to ensure efficient operations.
* Managing the Goods-In process.
* Supporting the management of Pick-Pack, despatch, and returns procedures.
* Providing daily reports to the warehouse supervisor and promptly addressing any changes to planned workload.

Holiday and Working Hours:
You will enjoy 23 days of annual leave per year, in addition to bank holidays. Plus, you will even have your birthday off! This full-time position requires 37.5 hours of work per week.
