Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Resin Shop Assembler for our client based in Dunmow on a temporary to permanent basis.
Main purpose of the role is to follow written instructions and work on machinery, cutting and preparing metal moulds with care and assembly resin moulds.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Follow written work instructions
* Follow Health and safety procedures - use of suits, gloves, respirators, safety shoes.
* Weighing out and mix polyurethane and epoxy resin, hardener and fillers
* Clean and preparing metal moulds with care, Apply release agent and assembly.
* Use of vacuum systems to fill moulds with resin
* Follow detailed inspection procedures
* Sand blasting components
* Packing finished goods
* Sanding and Polishing
* Flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
* Machine Operating experience.
* Work to tight deadlines
* Previous Moulding experience
* Use of hand tools
* Excellent verbal, written and critical thinking skills.
This position is a 38 hour week Mondy to Friday
In return our client offers a salary of £11.52 per hour with a 10% bonus paid at the end of the calendar year.
