Job: Management Accountant

A prestigious global luxury retail brand is currently seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join their team.  This role is perfect for a professional with proven management accounts experience (ideally with a global company) who is ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding position in a fast-paced environment.
Day to Day of the role:
* Prepare month-end journals for key areas of the business.
* Conduct and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations, focusing on wholesale customer balances and stock returns.
* Review selected monthly head office cost centre reports, identifying and explaining key variances.
* Provide line management to a finance assistant.
* Compile weekly and monthly wholesale information for the treasury team.
* Support the year-end statutory audit process.
* Assist with treasury audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in management accounts.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
